Update on Phone/Email Issues
As I am sure most of you are aware, the practice is having significant phone and email issues. We have installed a new dedicated phone line that was turned on October 29th. Unfortunately, it has taken the company about 90 days to get it installed. We have been promised this will solve many of our phone issues. We sincerely apologize for an inconvenience this may have caused you. We are also investigating the cause of some emails not being delivered properly. Please notify us with any additional issues.
